I can't figure out where 6 G of carbs is coming from per chicken thigh. When I add all of the ingredients separately I don't even get 6 G of carbs for the whole recipe (3 chicken thighs)🤷🏻‍♀️ the recipe sounds simple and yummy but it didn't seem worth it to chart 6 G of carbs for a little more than 2 oz of chicken that includes bone. I think something went wrong in creating this recipe. I'll try it but I'll add the ingredients separately to get accurate macros.

I left the chicken skin on. It turned out great and I’ll make this again. My dinner company loved it.

I am making this and after adding all the ingredients for the marinade I noticed garlic was one of the ingredients but it didn’t say to add it when I was making the marinade. Is it added in tha marinade to pour over the chicken?

Really good and easy recipe. I marinated overnight the chicken in a bag then did follow the recipe. Result are pretty great. Used Air-Fryer (23 minutes at 400 - basting half time) in a pyrex bowl. Got the marinade left in the bowl over broccoli. That meal was perfect!

That was the best tasting chicken I’ve had in a long time! Served with Keto cheesy green beans as my side.
