Low Carb Ham Mushroom Swiss Avocado Halves

This savory breakfast is full of healthy fats, a little protein, and a little bit of veggies. Throw a tray of these avocado halves in your oven while you get ready for the day. For this recipe, choose a large avocado that is a little firmer than you’d normally prefer, since it will soften in the oven.
