  • Step 1

    Preheat an oven to 425 F. Combine the salt and curry powder together.

    Sprinkle on each side of the chicken thighs, being sure to coat the skin well. Rub in.

    Bake for 40-45 minutes until the chicken thighs are nice, golden and crispy. Serve hot!

    I make this a lot. We love it. I have also swapped out the curry for cumin or used both spices.

      So yummy! I added my touch to this recipe,love the curry, but I also added turmeric, paprika a little cumin.. way better.. delicious

        Great idea but.... Turmeric has 4.4G of carbs perb Tbsp, Curry has 3.7G of carbs, 3.7G in paprika and 2.7G in Cumin. That's 14.5G of carbs, assuming you use a Tbsp of each. And a lot of us are trying to stay under 20G of carbs per day.
