    Finely chop the parsley. Crack the eggs into a large bowl. Add the heavy cream, milk, chives, parsley, smoked trout, and pepper. Whisk to combine. You can add some salt to taste.

    Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F). Line a baking dish (9x7-inch) with parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 1 hour.

    Is the trout cooked? Could you use sardines?

      We used smoked trout fillet. Sardines should work as well. :)
