Finely chop the parsley. Crack the eggs into a large bowl. Add the heavy cream, milk, chives, parsley, smoked trout, and pepper. Whisk to combine. You can add some salt to taste.Step 2
Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F). Line a baking dish (9x7-inch) with parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 1 hour.Step 3
When done, remove from the oven and cool for about 15-20 minutes. Cut into 8 equal pieces and serve. It pairs perfectly with some sour cream or Greek yogurt.

Is the trout cooked? Could you use sardines?

We used smoked trout fillet. Sardines should work as well. :)
