Strawberries, Fresh

Maple Flavored Syrup by Lakanto
1 tablespoon
Water
½ cup
Peppermint, Fresh
¼ cup
Lemon Juice, Fresh
½ each - juice from one lemon

Step 1
Add the strawberries, mint leaves, lemon juice and syrup to a food processor. Pulse to combine and break down the fruit.Step 2
Add the water and blend well until combined, and only small flecks of fruit and mint remain.Step 3
Divide the mixture between 4 popsicle molds and insert the sticks.Step 4
Transfer to the freezer for 2-3 hours until frozen.
