Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless Raw
1.5 lb
Extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp
Butter
1 tbsp
Hot chili sauce (Sriracha)
2 tsp
Paprika
1 tsp
Thyme, dried
1 tsp
Chives, dried or dehydrated
1 tsp
Onion powder
0.5 tsp
Salt
1 tsp
Black pepper
0.5 tsp

Step 1
Pat dry the meat. Place on a large cutting board. Using a sharp knife, cut the meat into bite-sized pieces.Step 2
Transfer the meat to a large bowl. Add the olive oil and melted butter. Mix well to coat the meat with oil and butter.Step 3
Add the sriracha, paprika, dried thyme, dried chives, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well again, making sure to coat each piece with spices. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.Step 4
Preheat the oven to 350°F/175°C. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper. Remove the meat from the refrigerator and spread it in an even layer over the prepared baking tray.Step 5
Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and stir the meat with a spatula. Place back in the oven and continue to cook for another 7-10 minutes or until fully cooked through.Step 6
When done, remove from the oven and serve immediately. It pairs perfectly with fresh vegetables and your favorite Keto dips. It is also great when served over cauliflower rice.
