Canned Salmon
3-½ ounce
Cream Cheese Spread
1-½ tablespoon
Capers
1-½ teaspoon
Cucumber
1 medium
Dill Weed, Fresh
1 teaspoon, whole pieces
Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon
Salt, Sea Salt
⅛ teaspoon
Black Pepper, Ground
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Peel the skin from the cucumber and discard. Peel the cucumber flesh into 16 wide strips.Step 2
Roughly chop the dill and capers and add to a mixing bowl. Flake in the salmon and add the lemon juice, cream cheese, salt and pepper. Mix together well to combine.Step 3
Divide the filling evenly between the cucumber strips, spreading an even layer across the cucumber leaving about 1 inch clear at one end.Step 4
Roll each strip up starting from the filled ends so that you have 16 tight rolls. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
