Mushrooms
9 ounce
Breakfast Butter Melted by Country Buffet
1 tablespoon
Olive Oil
1 tablespoon
Garlic
1 clove
Chives, Raw
1 tablespoon
Parmesan Cheese
¼ cup, grated
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.Step 2
Thinly slice the mushrooms and arrange in an oven proof dish.Step 3
Crush the garlic and finely slice the herbs. Add to a small bowl with the melted butter, oil, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.Step 4
Drizzle the butter mixture over the mushrooms and stir to coat. Transfer to the oven to bake for 5 minutes.Step 5
Remove the part cooked mushrooms from the oven and scatter with the grated parmesan. Stir well to combine and transfer to the oven for a further 5 minutes until tender and golden.

Is this for 4 servings or 1? The bottom says one and the top says 4...

I made this once as is. The second time I chopped up pieces of asparagus. :)
