Bacon

Green Beans
3-½ ounce
Red Cabbage
2 cup
Olive Oil
1-½ tablespoon
Maple Flavored Syrup by Lakanto
½ tablespoon
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.Step 2
Dice the cabbage into 2 inch chunks and slice each bacon strip into quarters. Arrange the cabbage and green beans across a sheet pan and scatter over the bacon pieces.Step 3
Mix together the oil and the syrup.Step 4
Drizzle the oil mixture over the vegetables and bacon and then season to taste.Step 5
Transfer to the oven to roast for 20-22 minutes until the bacon is crisp and the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized at the edges.
