    Finely chop the capers and thinly slice the pickles. Add to a mixing bowl along with the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon zest, garlic powder and pepper. Mix well to combine.

    Really tasty and quick to make. I added lemon juice and Old Bay to the base recipe. Very tasty!
