Keto Air Fryer Salmon with Creamy Fennel Sauce
This delicious Keto salmon recipe is easy to prepare and tastes fantastic! It's a great lunch idea that will keep you full for hours and give your body a great amount of protein and healthy fats. Serve this amazing recipe with some fresh vegetables (we used fresh arugula and cherry tomatoes, but you can choose some other low-carb vegetables). Our creamy fennel sauce is made of Greek yogurt, fresh fennel, and garlic. Please feel free to adjust the amount of garlic according to taste. This recipe is also a fantastic meal prep option and can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days. Be sure to store the dressing and the salad separately in airtight containers. Enjoy!
Can I bake the salmon fillets in the oven?
Absolutely! If you don't own an air fryer, prepare the fillets in the oven instead. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
What can I serve this salmon with?
As mentioned above, you can serve this satisfying meal with some fresh, low-carb vegetables. It will also pair perfectly with mashed cauliflower, roasted broccoli, grilled asparagus, or cauliflower rice.
