Lemon Peel Or Zest Raw

Cream Cheese Spread
1.5 tablespoon
Avocado

Black Pepper

Step 1
Slice the avocado in half, lengthways and remove the stone.Step 2
Add the cream cheese, lemon zest and chives to a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper and stir well to combine.Step 3
Divide the cream cheese mixture evenly between the two avocado halves.Step 4
Roughly dice the salmon and scatter over the cream cheese to serve.

Quick. Simple. Tasty. For an average sized haas avocado I needed 70g of cream cheese to fill stone hole and cover the rest. Will have again and play with different ingredients.

I just made this for lunch but doubled up the cream cheese as it was nothing like the amount shown in the pictures, and I was only using a small/medium Avocado! having said that it was very nice.

I decided to eat the 2 servings because I needed a meal like this that had that amount of FAT and PROTEIN. Got full and satisfied. I ate this as a lunch meal by the way! 👍
