Cauliflower Rice

Parmesan Cheese

Oregano, Dried
1 teaspoon
Italian Seasoning
1 teaspoon
Raw Egg
1 small
Cheddar Cheese
½ cup, grated
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper

Step 1
Add the cauliflower rice to a small pan with a tablespoon of water. Cook gently for 2 minutes until just tender. Drain away any excess liquid and set aside to cool.Step 2
Add the cauliflower to a food processor along with the ground almonds, cheddar, Parmesan, oregano, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and half the sesame seeds. Pulse well to combine.Step 3
Add the egg and blend again to form a sticky dough.Step 4
Transfer the dough to a bowl, cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes to firm up.Step 5
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a shallow oven tray with baking paper.Step 6
Divide the dough into 9 even portions and roll into long sausage shapes.Step 7
Sprinkle the remaining sesame seeds over the breadsticks.Step 8
Arrange the breadsticks across the lined oven tray and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown all over. Set aside to cool and firm a little.
