Ingredients
Chicken Breast, Skin Removed Before Cooking
2 medium - split
Mozzarella Cheese
1-¾ ounce
Tomato Paste
1 tablespoon
Oregano, Dried
1 teaspoon
Basil, Fresh
1 tablespoon
Olive Oil
½ tablespoon
Salt, Sea Salt
⅛ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.Step 2
Arrange the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and use a meat mallet or rolling pin to flatten to an even thickness - about 1/2 an inch.Step 3
Divide the tomato paste between the two chicken breasts and spread evenly across the surface of each.Step 4
Tear the mozzarella into bite sized chunks and arrange across the chicken, sprinkle over the oregano.Step 5
Season with a little salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with the olive oil. Transfer the chicken to the oven for 20-22 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbling.Step 6
Scatter with fresh basil to serve.

If it’s two chicken breasts then this recipe produces at least two servings depending on weight of chicken breasts.

So is it 2 whole chicken breast split or is it 1 chicken breast split in 2?

Looks like serving size is 5 ounces. Recommend you weight breast before cooking it. My experience is 1 breast would probably be two servings you have to go by weight.
