Bacon
4 slice - 6" long
Cream Cheese Spread
1-¼ cup
Chives, Raw
1 tablespoon
Olive Oil
1 tablespoon
Garlic
1 clove
Mozzarella Cheese, Whole Milk
1 cup, grated
Mayonnaise
¾ cup
Onion Powder
½ teaspoon
Parmesan Cheese
⅓ cup, grated
Cheddar Cheese
⅓ cup, grated
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over a medium/high heat. Add the bacon and cook until crispy on both sides. Set aside to cool.Step 3
Add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan, onion powder and pepper to a mixing bowl. Crush the garlic into the bowl and crumble in two of the cooked bacon pieces. Stir everything together well to combine.Step 4
Spoon the mixture into an oven dish and transfer to the oven to bake for 25 minutes until hot through and golden brown on top.Step 5
Crumble over the remaining bacon pieces and scatter with chopped fresh chives to serve.
