Coconut Oil
2 teaspoon
Maple Flavored Syrup by Lakanto
1 tablespoon
Walnuts
1 cup
Chia Seeds
1 tablespoon, whole pieces
Salt, Sea Salt
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Add the coconut oil and syrup to a skillet over a medium heat. Stir well to combine and allow to simmer for a minute or two until bubbling.Step 2
Add the walnuts and chia seeds and stir well to coat in the syrup, continue cooking over a low/medium heat for 3-4 minutes to toast the walnuts and turn the syrup golden. Make sure the chia seeds are well combined and sticking to the walnuts.Step 3
Set to one side to cool and firm completely then break into clusters to serve.

Delicious. I followed the recipe and was very pleased with the results. I tossed a serving in a jar and ate it on the go for lunch.
