Step 1
In a small bowl, melt your butter. Whisk the chili sauce, lemon juice, worcestershire, and garlic into the butter. Set this aside.Step 2
Peel and devein your shrimp. Butterfly each piece before sprinkling the salt and pepper over them.Step 3
Set 4 shrimp onto each skewer. Then, use a marinade brush to spread the spicy butter sauce over all the shrimp. Set the shrimp skewers on a plate and marinate in your refrigerator for 1 hour. You may also choose to continue straight on to the next step.Step 4
Preheat an oven to 375 degrees. Line a sheet tray with aluminum foil and set a cooking rack on top of the sheet tray. Lay the shrimp skewers across the rack and bake for 25 minutes - no rotating necessary.Step 5
Serve the hot shrimp skewers with lemon wedges for squeezing!
