Ingredients
Chicken Breast
1 pound
Brocollini
10 ounce
Spinach
3 cup
Scallions
2 medium
Olive Oil
2 tablespoon
Tamari Sauce
1 tbsp
Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon
Ginger
1 tablespoon
Sesame Seeds
1 tablespoon
Lime Juice Raw
½ lime yields
Cilantro
1-¼ cup
Black Pepper
⅛ tsp

Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large wok or frying pan over a medium/high heat and slice the chicken breasts into thick strips.Step 2
Add the chicken pieces to the pan and fry until cooked through and lightly browned all over.Step 3
Whilst the chicken is cooking, add the tamari sauce to a small mixing bowl with the lime juice and sesame oil. Finely chop the ginger and add this to the liquid also.Step 4
Cut the thick ends from the broccoli leaving only 2 inch pieces and finely slice the scallions. Add them to the pan along with the chicken and fry for just a minute or two to soften.Step 5
Pour the sauce into the pan and continue to cook for a further minute or two until the sauce has reduced and there is only a little liquid remaining.Step 6
Add the spinach to the pan and stir through allowing it to just wilt then remove the pan from the heat.Step 7
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro to serve.

This is the 1st keto recipe I’ve made and my whole family loved it! Next time, I’ll cut the chicken into chunks instead of the strips. I’ll make additional sauce, too. Very tasty 👍

Are you using the entire 1-1/4 C of cilantro to garnish? I don't see that you use it cooking and that seems like a large amount of garnish. Thanks.
