Easy to make and has a great taste and texture. I used vegan cream cheese because of a lactose issue. Nice way to get your fat intake.

I also cut butter in half. 3 ounces of strawberries and used a few squeezed of liquid monk fruit and then 1/2 teaspoon monk fruit . Yummy!!! I put it in fancy ice cube trays - flip flops, ice cream, popsicles. Made 27! Can’t wait until they are ready. Has anyone tried it with blueberries? I will after these are gone 😸

I loved these! So delicious and creamy! Based on other reviews I cut the butter on half, just used a 1/4 cup and I added 1 tablespoon of Whole Earth, in addition to the Lakanto maple syrup, and my silicone ice tray has 15 slots, but the macros remained very similar. 1 net carb each and only 70 calories per serving. I may try to cut the butter down to 1/8 next time to see how that goes. Either way love these and will definitely make again and again! Thank you for a great recipe :)

Oh my goodness - just love these - exchanged the maple for good old stevia.... has to add one to my today’s totals on account of the bowl licking!!

You may have over whipped the heavy cream 🤷🏻‍♀️

A similar recipe uses room temp coconut oil (NOT the liquid kind!) in place of butter, or half butter/half coconut oil. I prefer the coconut oil.

Same here. The butter taste was overwhelming. Never thought I would ever say anything like that about butter.

Instead of syrup I used 1tsp of Erythritol sugar

Can I use another sweetener instead of the maple syrup thing? And if so, how much do I use?

I absolutely love these. Have substituted frozen berries but it does make it not as firm.

I upped the strawberries to 6.5 Oz (weighed out), added 1/4 cup of monk fruit sweetener, and put into an parchment lined 8x8 Pyrex dish. Carb count didn’t change and it only added 2 extra calories. The extra sweetener and extra strawberries amped up the flavor! Also of note: Process the strawberries first and then put everything into your food processor to blend everything smoothly and well combined ;)

I followed you, but used liquid monk fruit sweetener (only five drops) and these are absolutely delicious! LOVE THEM💕

These are pretty good. But I used very small silicone ice cube trays. Each has 21 openings and this recipe filled all for 42 fat bombs. I also threw in a tablespoon of Swerve Confectioners sugar. I think the sugar made these a lil chalky textured? Not sure. Now I’ll have to figure out my macros with the reduced portion etc.

I really enjoyed these but needed them a little sweeter, so I added 1 packet of truvia to recipe

Not very strawberry tasting and doesn’t set well.

Hi I’m new to keto, I’ve just made these fat bombs which look amazing, are they meant to be eaten frozen or put into the fridge after they have been frozen?

Keto Strawberry fat bombs taste delicious and help supply needed fat and satisfy sweet cravings. They store well in silicone ice trays providing easy individual cube release. Ice tray overage stores well in fridge and can be used as spread on ThinSlim no carb bread. Yum

I've not made these yet but personally I'd keep them in the freezer. It might make the cream cheese a little weird texture though. Or just keep them in a tupperware in the fridge
