Keto Simple Chicken Patties
These simple chicken patties are gently seasoned and cooked in just a little olive oil. This is a great keto recipe to include in your meal prep planning! Enjoy between two slices of keto Cloud Bread or another Carb Manager bread, chop up the patties and sprinkle over a salad, or cook in advance and freeze the patties for an as-needed basis!

Step 1
In a food processor, pulse the chicken breast until it is roughly broken down. You may want to pat the chicken dry with a paper towel beforehand and chopped into a few pieces before putting in the food processor.Step 2
Add all the seasonings to the food processor and blend until just combined - don’t let your chicken turn into a paste!Step 3
Remove the seasoned chicken from the food processor and form 3 evenly-sized patties (don’t worry, they’ll be pressed into larger patties in the cooking pan).Step 4
Heat the olive oil in a wide pan (1 tsp of oil per chicken patty) over medium heat. Place 1 or 2 chicken patties down in the oil, and use a spatula to press the patties into wide discs that are about ¼-inch thick. If your pan allows, you may cook all 3 patties at once.Step 5
Cook the chicken patties for 3-4 minutes per side until they are golden brown. You may need to use the spatula to press the centers down in the pan to ensure an even golden color. Adjust the heat as necessary to avoid burning.Step 6
Enjoy!

Could u add an egg to keep them from falling apart ?
MsDachshund 2 years ago
Most definitely. Just be sure to adjust your macros to accommodate for the added egg.

has anyone tried these in an airfryer?

That’s a great idea. I’ll have to try it.

I don't like that much oregano and they fall apart very easy

These sound really tasty. I'm wondering if I could use ground turkey instead of ground chicken.

Ground turkey would sub in very well here!
