Easy Keto Caramel Iced Cappuccino
This Keto caramel cappuccino is a delicious iced coffee drink that is a sublime morning or afternoon hot weather pick-me-up! Keto iced Cappuccinos are easy to make with the simple steps below. This recipe serves one, but you can easily double the recipe for two servings. While milk foam helps to define a cappuccino, it is entirely optional.
What's the Difference between a Cappuccino and Latte? A traditional cappuccino has an even distribution of espresso, steamed milk, and foamed milk. A latte has more steamed milk and a light layer of foam. A cappuccino is distinctly layered, while in a latte, the espresso and steamed milk are mixed together.
Can I substitute any ingredients? Make this Keto caramel cappuccino vegan by substituting the double cream for coconut cream or another plant-based cream of choice.
Can I make this another way? You can add all the ingredients to a blender, including the ice, and blitz to slushy ice coffee. Serve in a tall glass.

Used ice cold macadamia milk instead of almond milk. Perfect!
