Keto Berry Frozen Yogurt Cubes

8 ratings

These frozen yogurt cubes make a quick to prepare snack to have on hand. They are also a great healthy treat for kids.

The recipe relies on the fruit to provide all the sweetness. If you would like yours sweeter, you can add a little of your preferred low carb sweetener to the mixture before blending.

What about the sugar will 1.1 grams throw you out of ketosis? I'm new as well learning all this. It seems impossible everything has sugar of some sort uuugghh

You’re allowed carbs. I try to keep mine at 20 whole carbs. Sugars are carbs, those are from the fruit. So out of your daily allowance deduct those 1.1 carbs. Good luck. It takes time to get all this down. Be patient with yourself.

When you open App Settings you have the option to track net carbs or total carbs. Scroll further down and you come to the option to enable decimal values, which gives a more accurate view of the macros. (It may be these options are available only for premium membership -- I don't know). Hope this helps.

The carbs are spread across 14 ice-cube-sized portions. According to nutrition data at the top and again following the comments, each cube has 0.4 net carbs. Hope this helps.

Great idea! I don't have any fruit but for dessert, I like to mix a scoop of chocolate collagen powder with my Fage yogurt and place it in the freezer for a bit. I eat it like thick pudding. I bet I can use the mixture and put it in ice cube trays!!

I'm wondering if the yogurt could be replaced with a cream cheese and heavy cream blend?

      Can you use Greek yogurt?

I am curious about this too. I had been using greek yogurt and started gaining again rapidly. Very strange since I was only using like a small dose in my morning smoothie. I stopped the greek yogurt and am going down again. Carb manager says to avoid unflavored greek yogurt. I am confused.

If you like that kinda sour yogurt taste then go for it. It was ok for me.
