Keto Pork And Chili Sliders
These deliciously spiced mini pork burgers are topped with a refreshing lime and cilantro mayo and a tangy dill pickle.

Sausage, Pork, Fresh
4 medium link - breakfast size
Red Chili Flakes by Sweet Tomatoes
½ tsp
Garlic Powder
0.5 teaspoon
Coriander Leaf, Dried
0.5 teaspoon
Romaine Lettuce
8 innerleaf
Olive Oil
2 tablespoon
Dill Pickles
2 small - approx 2" long
Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon
Cilantro
½ tablespoon, chopped
Lime
1 wedge - 1/8 of 2" diameter
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Squeeze the sausage meat out of the sausage casing into a mixing bowl. Add the chili flakes, coriander, garlic powder, salt and pepper.Step 2
Using your hands, combine the ingredients together in the bowl and divide evenly into four portions. Form a small patty from each portion with your hands.Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over a medium/high heat, add the patties and fry until golden brown all over and completely cooked through. About 8/9 minutes.Step 4
Whilst the patties are cooking add the mayonnaise, cilantro and juice and zest of the lime wedge to a small mixing bowl. Stir well to combine.Step 5
Arrange each patty on top of a lettuce leaf.Step 6
Top each patty with mayonnaise. Slice the dill pickles in half lengthways and sit on top of the mayonnaise.Step 7
Top each burger with a lettuce leaf and pierce with a cocktail stick to serve.
