Step 1
Preheat an oven to 375 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with thinly sliced pepperoni, finely chopped spinach, mayo, and all the seasonings.Step 2
Line a sheet tray with parchment paper. Create 22-24 meatballs that are approx. 1 ½ inches wide and arrange on the sheet tray.Step 3
Bake the tray of meatballs for 20 minutes, no rotating required! At your discretion, you can bake the meatballs on a baking rack set over a tray to allow excess fat to drip - this should not change your baking time.

?? Hmm. Seems like a good idea but the ingredient list, pictures, and instructions are all discordant. In the first picture there's obviously some red ground spice in the mix and it's not a small amount but it's not listed in the ingredients. It looks a little too much to be cayenne so I'm guessing on paprika. Likewise the ingredients call for spinach and while spinach is pictured in the first photo the instructions say basil, which is not in the ingredient list. Not sure whether both should be in the recipe or just spinach.

These meatballs are good and don't require a lot of time. But where's the measurement for the basil? I used 1/2 t. freeze-dried basil; more would probably have been good.
