Easy Keto 5-Ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookies

If you're looking for an easy Keto snack, these cookies are perfect! They require only 5 ingredients and about 20 minutes of your actual time to prepare (please note that the total preparation time includes the time necessary to refrigerate the cookies before baking). You can add a few drops of vanilla extract or adjust the amount of sweetener according to your taste. Remember to cool the cookies completely before serving, as they will crisp up as they cool. It is also important to let the cookies chill for about 30 minutes in the fridge before baking – don't skip this step! When ready, serve the cookies immediately and store the leftovers for later. Enjoy!

How do I store these cookies?

Store the leftover cookies in a Ziploc bag at room temperature for 5-6 days.

Are these cookies freezer-friendly?

Absolutely! You can freeze the baked cookies for up to 3 months in an airtight container. You can also freeze the cookie dough until ready to bake.

How to make these cookies peanut-free?

You can simply replace the peanut butter with the same amount of almond butter for an equally delicious and peanut-free version of these cookies.

Can I use some other sweetener?

Yes, any type of your favorite Keto-friendly granulated sweetener will work for these cookies. Adjust the amount of sweetener according to your taste.

These were really good. Probably better if I’d gotten Brown replacement sugar instead of white replacement sugar.

These are super good! I added even more sweetness to my taste since I used unsweetened peanut butter (1/4 swerve brown sugar, 1 tblsp swerve confectioners, and a few drops of monk fruit sweetener). Next time I'll double the recipe. Taste even better cold too! These make a great extra bit of fat to the diet.

I feel like it could be a little sweeter. I baked them in a bar pan and cut them into 24 squares. Great for coffee dunkers
