    Place the chicken breasts into the bottom of a 6-quart Instant Pot bowl. Add in all the spices. Add in the chicken broth. You can also use water instead of chicken broth. You can use the remaining broth after the cooking process to make soup or other Instant Pot recipes (just be sure to strain it).

    Stir the chicken well with the spices and broth. Take care that the meat is submerged in the broth. Set the Instant Pot for 12 minutes on high pressure. Once the time has elapsed, allow the Instant Pot to do a natural release for 5 minutes.

    Remove the chicken from the broth. Shred the chicken using two forks into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle the top of the shredded with fine sea salt before serving. Enjoy!
