This was really good, I roasted my green beans in the oven to get more of a crispy vibe, just like fries. I am truly a happy Keto Canadian now 🇨🇦

Not a huge green bean fan so I made this with roasted cauliflower as the base and it was excellent.

The serving size is 1 ounce? Is that a mistake?

You can change the serving on recipe, but it's saying that one serving is 3.5 oz of green beans, 1.25 oz of cheese curds and the recipe will give you about 3 tablespoons of gravy, however, you can have more cheese and gravy than the recipe calls for, for more fat. But keeping the green beans under a 1/4 pound per serving is going to keep the carbs down.
