  • Ham Slices

  • Step 1

    Finely slice the cabbage and add to a mixing bowl along with the onion, 2 teaspoons of mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.

    Divide the slaw mixture evenly between the four slices of ham, creating a strip close to the edge.

    Spread the remaining mayonnaise over the uncovered ham.

    Slice the dill pickles in half and arrange on top of the ham slices.

    Roll the ham up around the filling so that the edges overlap and you have a tight tube. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
