Keto Polish Omelette

Fatty proteins are incredibly helpful in a keto diet. Polish sausage (a.k.a. kielbasy) is a winner here! Seasoned egg makes this into an omelette breakfast that is filling and savory. Have breakfast in under 15 minutes!

Try adding a teaspoon of Extra Virgin Olive oil to the pan or even the eggs when whisking for even more healthy fats!
