Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and line a shallow oven tray with baking paper.Step 2
Clean the kale and spread in an even layer across the lined oven tray, discarding any tough stalks.Step 3
Whisk together the olive oil, nutritional yeast, lemon zest, chili flakes, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Drizzle this oil over the kale and rub into the leaves using your hands.Step 4
Transfer to the oven to bake for 12-15 minutes or until the kale is crispy, turning halfway through.
