Tamari Sauce

Apple Cider Vinegar

Maple Flavored Syrup by Lakanto
1 tablespoon
Olive Oil
1 tablespoon
Garlic
1 clove
Chicken Broth, Bouillon Or Consomme, Ready-to-serve Can, Low Sodium

Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over a medium/high heat. Add the chicken thighs and cook until browned all over, then arrange the thighs in the base of the crockpot.Step 2
Thinly slice the shallot and garlic and scatter over the chicken. Whisk together the tamari, vinegar and syrup.Step 3
Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken along with the stock. Top with the bay leaves.Step 4
Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or until the chicken is completely cooked through. Discard the bay leaves to serve.

Love it so much. Great wrapped with lettuce cups or cauli rice.
