The Ultimate Keto Chipotle Guacamole
This Keto guacamole recipe is our low-carb version of the popular yet super simple Chipotle’s Guacamole. With just a few ingredients and 5 minutes to prepare, you’ll find yourself making this Keto dip every day.
You’ll come across plenty of Keto guacamole recipes with different additions and variations. Many versions include tomatoes, cheese, or spices, but we are keeping it simple and fresh. The main ingredient in this recipe is perfectly ripe avocados. If your avocados aren’t soft and easily mashed, your dip won’t turn out creamy and flavorful. The other ingredients in this recipe are garlic, red onions, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Using fresh garlic and onion makes a huge difference. Please don’t substitute with garlic and onion powders.
Is Guacamole Keto?
Since avocados are Keto, it’s easy to assume that Guacamole is Keto as well. While this is true most of the time, you must still be aware of the amounts of onion, garlic, and tomato used since their carb content can add up. It would be best to stay away from any versions that contain corn. Guacamole sides, on the other hand, might not be Keto-friendly.
Is Guacamole healthy?
Yes, it is! All of this dip’s ingredients are whole and nutritious. Avocados are a great source of healthy fats and fiber. They are also low in carbs and sugar and will keep you full for longer. This recipe contains no artificial additives and is vegan, paleo-friendly, gluten-free, and dairy-free.
What can you serve Guacamole with?
There are many ways to enjoy this low-carb chipotle guacamole. You can have it as a side with Mexican dishes such as Keto fajitas. If you’d like to eat it as a snack or appetizer, then we recommend you dip it with these Keto microwave parmesan crisps: https://my.carbmanager.com/meals/recipes?dialog=food-detail:ug:ef37ed67814f4b13a2f0dbb1ef4fe274

They have zero carb tortillas. You could cut them like a pizza and fry them in avocado oil to make them into carb free chips

I don’t like peppers, so you can replace it with something else

You could add dried red pepper flakes, ground cayenne pepper or Emeril lagasse’s essence is good too. You can find that recipe on the web
