Cream Cheese Spread
5 ounce
Goat Cheese, Soft
2-½ ounce
Sundried Tomatoes
4 piece
Chives, Raw
1 tablespoon, cut pieces
Lemon Peel Or Zest Raw
1 tsp
Basil, Fresh
¼ cup, chopped
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Add the cream cheese and goats cheese to a mixing bowl with the lemon zest and stir well to combine. Transfer the mixture to the fridge to firm for 10 minutes whilst you prepare the coating.Step 2
Finely chop the tomato, basil and chives and add to a mixing bowl. Season with black pepper and mix well to combine.Step 3
Remove the cream cheese from the fridge and form into a rough log shape with your hands.Step 4
Tip the coating mixture onto a plate or clean work surface and roll the cheese log into the mixture until completely coated on all sides.Step 5
Once the cheese is well covered, cover with plastic wrap and return to the fridge to firm for 30 minutes before serving.
