Broccoli Florets Raw
1 cup flowerets
Onion

Cajun Seasoning
1 tbsp
Chicken broth

Step 1
Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and transfer them to a bowl. Season with ½ tbsp of cajun seasoning and 1/8 tsp each of salt and pepper. Toss until coated.Step 2
Slice the zucchini into half discs, chop the pepper into chunks, slice the onion, and cut the broccoli into small florets. Set them aside.Step 3
Add the olive oil to a skillet or a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken bites and cook for 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Transfer to a plate and set aside.Step 4
Add the sliced onions to the same pan/skillet and fry for 2 minutes. Add broccoli, zucchini, and bell pepper. Season with ½ tbsp cajun seasoning and 1/8 tsp each salt and pepper. Cook on medium heat until the vegetables are crisp-tender.Step 5
Deglaze the pan with chicken broth, then add the cooked chicken pieces back to the skillet. Garnish with chopped parsley and red chili peppers. Serve immediately and enjoy!

I added too much seasoning! Put a spoonful of Sour cream on top.
