    Add the arugula and spinach to a salad bowl.

    I liked the simple prep, and the avocado and cucumber pairing. Would add more capers next time. My husband said he'd eat it again with a different salad dressing. We like a fresh balsamic vinaigrette. Thanks for the recipe. It was quick, clean and easy on a hot summer night.
