Fall into the delicious flavors of autumn with this creamy pumpkin spice High-protein Keto meal replacement shake. Perfectly balanced with healthy fats and protein, it offers a delightful way to satisfy your cravings while keeping your Ketogenic diet on track. Let’s explore this recipe and how to make it work for you!
Are pumpkin-spiced flavored shakes Keto-friendly?
Yes, pumpkin-spiced flavored shakes can be Keto-friendly! This recipe features 100% pumpkin puree, which is low in Carbs and high in fiber, making it an excellent choice for a Ketogenic diet. Combined with almond milk and healthy fats from almond butter and avocado, this shake is both nourishing and satisfying. Just be mindful of the portion sizes, as even Low-carb ingredients can add up.
How to customize this recipe?
Customization is key when it comes to personalizing your High-protein Keto meal replacement shakes. If you're not a fan of pumpkin, you can easily swap in other flavors like chocolate or vanilla. For added texture, consider mixing in some nuts or seeds, or substitute the almond butter for peanut or sunflower seed butter. You can adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of liquid stevia or adding a dash of your favorite Keto-friendly sweetener. Experiment with spices, try adding a touch of ginger or a hint of cinnamon for a unique twist!
How to store leftovers?
If you have leftover shake, store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. The shake may thicken as it sits, so give it a good shake or stir before enjoying. While it’s best enjoyed fresh, this shake still retains its delicious pumpkin spice flavor and creamy texture, making it a convenient option for a quick meal or snack later on.

You're better off adding the pumpkin and spice to a vanilla flavored Keto Chow or, better yet, just drinking their pumpkin shake mix. It gives you a choice of fat to use, and you don't have to add any nut "milk" or "butter". Plus it gives you a third of a days total nutrition requirement. Much better for your body and your health.

Keto Chow is NOT incredibly expensive for what it is. It's a complete meal replacement, with one-third of the total nutrients you need for a day. A single shake package is $5.50, but if you subscribe it's under $5 a meal. Plus, there are no hidden sugars or weird additives. (And, no, I don't work for Keto Chow... But it sure works for me!) 😉

The Keto Chow is incredibly expensive though. I like this alternative. Making it today. It looks delicious!
