    Add the walnuts to a food processor along with the oregano, salt and pepper. Blend to form a crumb.

    Melt the butter in a small pan and add the crumb, stir well to combine.

    Line a large ramekin with plastic wrap and tip in the crumb mixture. Press down firmly to form an even layer. Transfer to the fridge for 10 minutes to set.

    To prepare the cheese layer, finely chop the tomatoes and add to a mixing bowl along with the cream cheese and goats cheese. Mash together until well combined.

    Remove the base from the fridge and spoon over the cheese layer so that it is even. Return to the fridge for a further 30 minutes to set.

    Carefully lift the cheesecake out of the ramekin using the plastic wrap and slice to serve.
