Ingredients

  • Brussels Sprouts, Raw

  • Feta Cheese

  • Balsamic Vinegar

  • Step 1

    Remove any outer leaves from the sprouts and discard the tough bases. Thinly slice/shred the sprouts. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over a low/medium heat and add the shredded sprouts. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 5-6 minutes until tender.

    Add the balsamic vinegar and stir well to combine. Cook for a minute more.

    Crumble in the feta cheese and toss to serve.

    Just made this as a side dish with keto Chilli. It was so quick and easy to make added 2 sticks of celery as I only had 1 cup of Brussels- yummy!
