Keto Balsamic Sprouts with Feta
These simple shredded sprouts are pan fried until tender then tossed with sweet balsamic vinegar and tangy feta cheese.
This is a great side to grilled chicken, lamb or pork.

Ingredients
Brussels Sprouts, Raw
2 cup
Feta Cheese
2 tablespoon
Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon
Olive Oil
1-½ tablespoon
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Remove any outer leaves from the sprouts and discard the tough bases. Thinly slice/shred the sprouts. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over a low/medium heat and add the shredded sprouts. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 5-6 minutes until tender.Step 2
Add the balsamic vinegar and stir well to combine. Cook for a minute more.Step 3
Crumble in the feta cheese and toss to serve.

Just made this as a side dish with keto Chilli. It was so quick and easy to make added 2 sticks of celery as I only had 1 cup of Brussels- yummy!
