Peel and cut the avocado into smaller pieces. Peel and slice garlic. Add the avocado, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice to a small food processor. Process until completely smooth.Step 2
Wash and pat dry the cucumber. Using a sharp knife, thinly slice the cucumber lengthwise.Step 3
Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters. Place the cucumbers and smoked salmon into one side of your lunch box. Then, add the avocado puree next to it. Add the cheese and tomatoes to your lunch box.Step 4
