These lovely garlic prawns make a wonderful and easy Keto 5-Ingredient Italian dinner you can enjoy with your loved ones. They take only five ingredients and about 15 minutes of your time and taste absolutely fantastic, especially when served with some fresh salad greens. It's a super easy dinner idea to prepare fuss-free and among our favorite easy Keto 5-ingredient recipes. We added three garlic cloves to this recipe, but if that sounds like too much, adjust the amount according to your taste. Prawns are cooked in extra virgin olive oil and combined with freshly chopped parsley for an intense Italian flavor you will love.

  • Step 1

    Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes.

    Make sure to pat dry the prawns on paper towels very well before cooking. Season the prawns with salt to taste (pepper optional). Add the prawns to the pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side.

    Finely chop the parsley. Add to the pan and mix well. Remove from the heat. Taste and optionally add more salt or pepper.
