Step 1
Thinly slice the radish. Add the sliced radish to a large serving bowl along with the arugula and dried cranberries. Toss well to combine.Step 2
Add the orange juice, lakanto syrup, olive oil, salt and pepper to a small bowl. Whisk together to combine. Taste the dressing and adjust seasonings as desired.Step 3
Roughly tear/shred the cooked ham. Roughly crumble the Camembert. Add the cooked ham and cheese crumbles to the salad. Toss to combine.Step 4
Drizzle the orange dressing over the salad. Mix to combine, coating everything in the dressing. Serve immediately.
