Keto Meat Fondue For Two

This beef broth based fondue could not be simpler, but it tastes delicious and is a fun dinner for everyone involved! This recipe is very basic, including only steak and shrimp for dipping. You may add on to this recipe whatever else you would like to eat, such as chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, or another keto vegetable. Cooking times for proteins are listed in the final step of this recipe.

    In a small pot, combine 3 cups of beef broth with a minced garlic clove, the pepper, bay leaf, and worcestershire sauce. Bring the broth the a boil and then reduce to a low simmer.

    While the broth is heating, prepare 4 pieces of 1-ounce steak and peel 4 raw shrimp. At this time, prepare any other dipping items you intend to enjoy like keto vegetables or other proteins.

    Once the broth has heated through, you may transfer it to a fondue dipping pot if you haven’t already. You may also keep it on a low simmer over your stove or on a hot plate. Use fondue forks or skewers to dip each item into the broth to cook.

    Fondue cooking times: red meat well done for 1 minute, shrimp for 1-2 minutes (until pink), poultry for 2 minutes, and pork for 1 minute.
