Ingredients

  • Blackberries

  • Vanilla Extract

  • Sliced Almonds

  • Step 1

    Place the stand mixer bowl together with the whip attachment in the freezer and allow it to freeze for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, pour the water then add the gelatin and allow it to bloom for 5 minutes. Then, microwave on high for 15 seconds until the gelatin melts.

    This was a disappointment, unfortunately. It was just slightly sweet cream with berries. It wasn’t worth the effort.

      I completely do not like steva can I replace that with something else? Does it have to be liquid?

        Yes, Swerve is a good powder sweetener that'd work great in here. I'd start with 1/4 cup or 1/3 cup if you like it sweeter.
