  • Step 1

    In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and brown mustard. On a wide plate, mix together the parmesan, almond flour, salt, pepper, onion powder, and parsley.

    Fill a large skillet with olive oil to about ½-inch high. Heat the olive oil on a medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, lay out approx. 6 thin-sliced pork chops.

    One by one, dip the pork chops in the egg, then coat them in the parmesan breading. Place each breaded pork chop in the hot oil.

    Cook the pork chops on each side until they naturally release from the skillet and are crispy golden brown on both sides.

    Enjoy your pork schnitzel with a wedge of lemon! This schnitzel has been garnished with extra chopped parsley and hot paprika.

              Your right. 90 grams a serve wouldn’t touch the sides. Double that maybe and carbs climb to 4 which is still good for a crunchy bit of meat!

              Yes these are thin-sliced pork chops. You get additional protein through the pork rinds.

                How long do you bake them? Do you need to flip them midway through?

                Yes! 375F is usually a good baking temp for this. Make sure you let all your excess egg batter run off before laying on a sheet tray for baking.
