Step 1
Peel and finely chop the onions. Slice the mushrooms. Heat one teaspoon of olive oil and one teaspoon of butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onions and mushrooms. Sprinkle with garlic powder and stir well. Cook for 10-12 minutes.Step 2
Roughly chop the spinach. Add the spinach to the pan and stir well. Continue to cook for another 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.Step 3
Taste and optionally season with salt and black pepper. Remove the spinach mixture from the pan. Set it aside.Step 4
Finely chop the spring onions. Shred the gouda and cheddar cheese. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, cottage, and feta cheese. Add the spring onions and shredded cheese.Step 5

A larger piece is probably going to satisfy more and would be better for a Keto Breakfast (since breakfast is the best meal of the day).
