Keto Indian Lamb Kebab Ingredients
These Keto Indian inspired kebabs are loaded with flavor from aromatic curry powder, earthy cumin and turmeric, fresh cilantro, garlic powder, Greek yogurt and a little tomato sauce. The diced lamb is coated in the seasonings and liquids then left to marinade for 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse. Once marinated, the lamb pieces are threaded into wooden skewers and oven baked to perfection.

British Diced Lamb Leg

Tomato Sauce

Step 1
Take four wooden kebab skewers and cover them with water. Leave them to soak whilst you prepare the lamb. Add the diced lamb to a mixing bowl. Add the tomato sauce, yogurt, curry powder, turmeric, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Roughly chop the fresh cilantro into the bowl. Give everything a really good mix to ensure the lamb is completely coated in the marinade. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.Step 2
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Take the prepared kebab skewers and thread the marinated lamb pieces onto the skewers. Be sure to divide the meat evenly between each.Step 3
Arrange the skewers across a shallow oven tray. Transfer the skewers to the oven to bake for 15-18 minutes. The lamb should be cooked through and golden brown all over. Serve with your choice of Keto Indian sides.
