Keto Peanut Butter Granola Cereal
Our Keto peanut butter cereal is one for the books because it is such a great Keto-friendly option! This low carb granola cereal is made using sliced almonds, pumpkin seeds, natural peanut butter, sugar-free maple syrup, vanilla extract, and an egg white. The recipe is easy to make and can be mixed entirely in one bowl. The mixture is then baked at a low temperature so the nuts become crispy and golden. This cereal is best eaten as is, or in a bowl with your choice of milk poured over. You can also use it to top off whole milk yogurt.
Is this cereal vegan?
No, this cereal is not vegan due to the addition of an egg white.
What is the best way to store Keto Peanut Butter Granola cereal?
The cereal is best stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days. The granola is best eaten the day of, if possible.
What if I have a peanut allergy?
If you have a peanut allergy, feel free to substitute the peanut butter for almond butter or another nut butter.
