Cauliflower
300 g
Ground turkey, lean, 7% fat (93% lean meat)
450 g
Extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp
Butter
2 tbsp
Garlic
1 clove
Onion powder
1 tsp
Soy sauce, low sodium
0.25 cup
Hot chili sauce (Sriracha)

Chicken broth, bouillon or consomme, ready-to-serve can, low sodium

Step 1
Cut the cauliflower into smaller florets. Add the cauliflower to a deep pot and pour in enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook until tender. Remove from the heat and drain. Set it aside.Step 2
Add one tablespoon of olive oil and one tablespoon of butter to a large pan. Add the ground turkey and cook for 5-7 minutes over medium-high heat. Stir constantly.Step 3
Peel and mince the garlic. Add the garlic and onion powder to the pan and stir well. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.Step 4
Pour in the soy sauce, hot sauce, and chicken broth. Add the cayenne and stir well. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the meat from the pan and set it aside.Step 5
Add the remaining olive oil and butter to the pan. Add the drained cauliflower and cook for 4-5 minutes, turning each piece occasionally. Optionally, season with some salt or black pepper.Step 6
Finely chop the cilantro. Add the chopped cilantro to the pan and stir well. Cook for another minute and then remove from the heat.Step 7
