Ingredients
Avocado
6-½ ounce
Lime Juice, Fresh
½ tablespoon
Coarse Kosher Salt by Morton
¼ tsp
Tomato
2 tablespoon, chopped
Red Onion
2 tablespoon, chopped
Cilantro
4 tablespoon

Step 1
In a medium-sized mixing bowl. Add in avocado and lime juice. Mash avocado and lime together. I like to use a nice ripe avocado and one on the firmer side which I can dice up so there will be larger pieces of avocado within the mash.Step 2
Add in finely diced tomatoes and red onion. Add in coarsely chopped cilantro. Also, add the salt.Step 3
Mix together gently. Taste and adjust with more salt or lime juice as needed for your preference.

as a constant maker of the guac, i have been scratching my head trying to figure out if ive been eating non vegan guac all this time.

I don’t think the Carb count on this is accurate, it’s far over what normal guac is.
