Keto Pizza Skewers Lunchbox
Here is one of those easy Keto lunchbox recipes everybody will enjoy – even your kids! This fantastic recipe is simple to put together, and it takes only 15 minutes and some basic ingredients you probably already have in your fridge. We prepared these pizza skewers with salami, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and a sprinkle of oregano. You can add some fresh (or dried) basil and serve them with your favorite sauce. Add some fresh veggies, almonds (raw or toasted), pumpkin seeds, and berries for the best lunch you can take to work or store for when you're in a hurry.
Can you customize this recipe?
Definitely! You can add some of your other favorite pizza toppings, such as anchovies or peppers. Serve these pizza skewers with your favorite sauces (such as tomato or BBQ sauce). You can also add more fresh or roasted low-carb veggies into your lunchbox or add some extra cheese. It is entirely up to you!
How to properly store this lunchbox?
Keep the ingredients separated in your lunchbox and store them in the fridge for a few days. It will remain perfectly fresh.
